Saying Sorry

There is a song by Elton John, “Sorry Seems to Be the Hardest Word”. Must people find it hard to say sorry, even when they know in their heart that it’s the best thing to do? Saying sorry means, taking responsibility for doing/ failing to do something which is causing commotion in your relationships. Sometimes we say an insincere apology which is not heartfelt and the other person refuse to accept that apology, because they know you don’t mean it.  If you have upset someone, its best  for both parties that you put things right for their and your peace of mind, its  best to put thing right as soon as practically possible, before thing deteriorate and go out of control. Don’t Avoid Obstacles but Overcome them

Whenever we want to move forward in life, we are met by resistance. Recently my friend went mountain claiming and he tells me that he had to overcome many obstacles in order to reach his goal. Without these obstacles providing him hand or foothold, climbing would have been impossible. During his climb to the top, some of his friends gave up, because of endurance problem, but those who struggled on finally reached the top.     Continue reading →

Correct to Build and Not to Destroy

When someone talks about correction, two thoughts goes thoughts my mind:-

  1. Punishment for mistakes made in society, leading to correction in prison or other facility
  2. School teacher checking my home-work and seeing, how many mistake I made. In this case the teacher is there not to punish but to help me and plant seeds in my mind on how to improve in the future. Continue reading →

God’s Loving Kindness

The loving-kindness of God is better than life. Once you experience that kind of kindness, you can never think of this kindness as something small and insignificant. I wonder if you have ever experienced the Loving Kindness of God for yourself.

The Loving Kindness of God is eternal.  I have experienced this kindness. I am the recipient of the kindness of Almighty God. My sins are forgiven. I am a son of the Almighty God. I have the promise of eternal life. I am a personal recipient of the loving kindness of Almighty God through his Son Jesus.

The Breath of Life

The Almighty God is the Creator of all the heavens and the earth. When he created man he did two things.

1)     He formed him from the very dust of the ground and

2)   He did something to distinguish man from His other creatures—He breathed His own breath into the nostrils of man. God breathed His own breath of life into man. That’s what makes Man is more than dust or physical substance. Man is also spirit.

This is how the book of Genesis puts it, “Then the LORD God formed man of dust from the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being. Genesis 2:7. Continue reading →
