Saying Sorry

There is a song by Elton John, “Sorry Seems to Be the Hardest Word”. Must people find it hard to say sorry, even when they know in their heart that it’s the best thing to do? Saying sorry means, taking responsibility for doing/ failing to do something which is causing commotion in your relationships. Sometimes we say an insincere apology which is not heartfelt and the other person refuse to accept that apology, because they know you don’t mean it.  If you have upset someone, its best  for both parties that you put things right for their and your peace of mind, its  best to put thing right as soon as practically possible, before thing deteriorate and go out of control. Managing Physical Pain

Pain is a part of life, almost everyone ever lived will have experienced pain to some extent. Sometimes it’s a big part, and sometimes it is not? However, how we react to the pain will make a big difference to our outlook on life.  Pain does two things: it helps us to learn from it and it also reminds us that we are alive. Then it passes away, it leaves us changed. As result we are wiser for it. Other times it leaves us stronger. Either way, pain leaves its mark on us. Pain is involved in everything important that ever happen to us in life to one degree or another. I do not think there is anyone who has managed to avoid pain completely. Continue reading
